In the Options dialog box, change your user name and initials in the Personalize your copy of Microsoft Office section. Note: Excel 2010 uses only a user name, not initials. In an open document, click the Office button, and then click the Options button at the bottom of the menu.

Change your alternate email address. As an admin, you can change your alternate email address for resetting passwords. Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center. In the header, select your profile icon, then select View account. On the left, select Security info. In the Email section, select Change. Edit the address in the Alternate email box, then select Next. You can simply add to or change the file name for each document when you save it. NOTE: If your document does not have any text in it and you haven't set the 'Title' property, Word inserts 'DocX.docx' as the file name, where the 'X' is a number that depends on how many new documents you have created during your current Word session.

From the list of users on the left, Control-click the user you're renaming, then choose Advanced Options. Change the 'Account name' field to match the new name of the home folder.

After you send the email, you should be able to see the new display name once the test email is received.
Keep in mind that if your Outlook account is hosted via Microsoft Exchange, like many companies do, you will not be able to change the display name unless you are the organization's account administrator.
